Bitesize is truly the best. Every single person was such a delight and made our daughter feel comfortable during her first dentist visit (especially the hygienists and dental assistants). They took their time, walked us through what to expect, and did a thorough job. Highly recommend

Cannot recommend Bitesize Pediatric Dentistry enough. After my daughter broke her front tooth in a scooter accident after office hours, Dr. Rupin called us back almost immediately from the emergency line, reviewed photos while we were still at urgent care, and arranged for us to be seen first thing the next morning. Dr. Susan was incredibly caring, thorough, and reassuring, and even went out of her way to secure my daughter an appointment the very next day with a specialist she highly trusted for the reconstruction. We felt truly taken care of every step of the way. So grateful for their responsiveness, professionalism, and kindness.

We had a wonderful experience at Bitesize Pediatric Dentistry on Union Avenue, near McCarren Park, when we brought our granddaughter for her very first dental appointment. She is naturally quite brave and inquisitive, but even so, the staff and environment could not have been more welcoming, reassuring and informative, both for her and for us. From the moment we arrived, the whole team created a calm, friendly and positive atmosphere that made the visit feel easy and enjoyable. A particular standout was the dental hygienist, Nadia. She carried out the dental hygiene process calmly, expertly and professionally, explaining everything clearly and involving our granddaughter in such a thoughtful, consensual and reassuring way that the whole experience became genuinely enjoyable. We also learned a great deal about how to care for our own teeth better, and how to encourage our granddaughter to cooperate with toothbrushing and dental care at home. Most impressively, our granddaughter responded to every one of Nadia’s requests with curiosity and a smile. Took my 3 year old to Bite Size for her first dental visit. Such an amazing experience from the moment we walked in all staff were friendly, they were on time and are so patient when interacting with little ones. Our hygienist Kew explained everything she was doing and took the time to make sure our daughter was comfortable throughout the visit. Kids shows, fun sun glasses and books were a plus! My daughter also loved her little goodie bag and monster balloon! Overall 10/10 experience, we will be continuing dental care at bite size and looking forward to our next visit!
